Functional Advanced Sports Training
I developed my FAST training system by combining the most effective, scientifically based training systems ever devised with my own experience of twenty years as a professional athlete and strength and conditioning specialist. I developed this system with the goal to help people to look their best, while achieving maximum health and athletic movement. The only requirement of the client is the will to make a 'commitment to excellence', as my old boss Al Davis would say.
F stands for functional, meaning it is a training system relevant to daily human movement and physical performance.
A stands for advanced, as in this system is based on the most current information and academic studies being made on the subject of human exercise science.
S stands for sports, because the greatest showcase for human aesthetic and performance is in the sporting arena where I derive my workouts.
